We collect only what you type into the contact form: name, email, company, area of interest and your message. The language and the page the message was sent from are recorded alongside it, so we know the context of the enquiry.

This site sets no tracking cookies, carries no advertising, and integrates no visitor-profiling tools.

The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering a commercial enquiry you initiated. The data is used to reply to you and, if the conversation progresses, to negotiate the project.

Form data is not used for marketing campaigns. It is never sold, nor shared with third parties for their own purposes; the technical providers needed to run the site may process it solely to deliver that service, on our instructions.

The message is delivered through an email service provider acting as a processor: it handles the data only to get the message to the company's commercial inbox, on our instructions, and never for its own purposes. Beyond that, the content stays with the people at Nokstella Labs handling the enquiry.

We keep a message only while it is needed to handle the enquiry and any commercial relationship that comes out of it. We review the contact inbox periodically and discard what no longer serves a purpose. Where a contract follows, contact data is kept for the period required by the law applicable to that commercial relationship.

Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law 13.709/2018) gives you the right to confirm that processing exists, access your data, correct incomplete or outdated data, request anonymisation or deletion, and withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the information sent through the form. No measure removes risk entirely, but the amount of data collected is deliberately minimal — what is never collected cannot leak.
